Family Mini-Vacation!

We are on our way to Cincinnati Ohio. I got to ride with the kids. We watched 3 movies on the way. We took Pete & Marsha's car & they have a DVD player~just like an airplane! We left home on Thursday around 4:30PM. We were packed to the gills but still had enough room to sit on a seat. We arrived at our hotel at 3:00AM Ohio time, 2:00AM our time. I haven't stayed up this long in alot of years! Another 3 hours & I would have been up 24 hours!
We slept in until 10:00AM & had Manderfield's cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting~yum!!
I'll post more pictures tonight after our trip to the museum!

Every year at our church we have the Grand Prix, (known as pine wood derby races in the olden days). The kids make cars & then race them~it's always a fun time! And it's not all about cars...there is posing for Grandma to take pictures...because they're so cute!
